Job summary

Bayonet is seeking an Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Florida. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems, delivering high-quality service with professionalism and attention to detail.

This full-time role offers 8–10 hour shifts, a schedule that includes Saturdays and Sundays, no holiday work, base pay of $25–$35 per hour plus uncapped commissions, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and a prequalified list of tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience.
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Clean, valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus.
