Job summary

Davison Home Services in Davison, MI is seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our team of service professionals.

You will install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, test for safety and code compliance, and respond to customer inquiries with accurate cost estimates.

We offer weekly pay, base pay of $25-$45/hour plus uncapped commissions; top performers earn $50+ per hour, along with a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years Residential Plumbing experience.
• Must be 21 or older and authorized to work in the US.
• Valid US Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures (toilet, faucet, water heater replacements, soldering).
• Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot problems, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.

What YOU will do:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential.
• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.

What YOU will bring:

• Must be 21 or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.
• Minimum two years Residential Plumbing experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Good communication and listening skills
• Good work ethic
