My Comfort Heroes in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Service Plumber to join our award-winning team. This full-time position offers on-site work, on-call shifts, and a path to grow with a market-leading home services provider.

You will service, troubleshoot, and install plumbing systems for residential customers, maintain safety standards, and provide clear options to homeowners. A Sioux Falls plumbing license and valid driver’s license are required, plus prior residential plumbing experience.

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience: 4 years of residential service plumbing.
• License Requirements: Sioux Falls Plumbing license, up-to-date trade certifications and valid Driver’s License.
• Criminal-free background & ability to pass drug screening.
• Stable work experience in plumbing services.
• Experience with equipment handling, safety protocols, technical information and basic math.
• Experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing plumbing components.
• Customer service experience – must be comfortable talking to homeowners and educating them on options.
• Ability to handle physical demands (lifting, ladders, crawling, standing).

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to ensure work orders are completed efficiently.
• Develop expertise by repairing and installing plumbing systems and responding to emergencies with safety as a priority.
• Maintain tools, prepare scope of work and bids, and communicate with customers and the office.
• Engage customers professionally and build a life-long career within the team.
