Job summary

Buckeye Heating & Cooling is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to deliver top-tier plumbing service on service calls, maintenance, and installations.

You will educate clients, provide clear repair explanations, and ensure satisfaction while working with dispatch to meet client needs. A valid driver’s license and at least two years of plumbing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of hands-on plumbing experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and repair work.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-Star service to every client on every call.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations with clear client explanations.
• Educate clients about their plumbing systems and warranty options.
• Work with dispatchers to meet client needs efficiently.
• Maintain safety and adhere to established procedures.
• Complete paperwork using tablets and modern operating systems.
• Support warranty processing tasks to maximize customer value.
