Pay Range

$20 – $24 per hour

Compensation & Direct Benefits Package

We offer industry-leading performance compensation structures along with $12,300.00 in direct company-funded benefits for field staff:

• Experienced Apprentices: $20.00 – $24.00/hr base pay with structured performance milestones and fast-track advancement options upon licensure.
