Pay Range

$30 – $36 per hour

Compensation & Direct Benefits Package

We offer industry-leading performance compensation structures along with $12,300.00 in direct company-funded benefits for field staff:

• Service Technicians: $30.00 – $36.00/hr base plus uncapped commissions on Gross Profit, ProPlan spiffs, and direct candidate referral bounties. Real earnings range from $75,000 – $120,000+.
