This paid, full-time role provides hands-on training alongside experienced plumbers in residential service and repairs, with a safety-focused team. No plumbing experience is required; we will train you. You will learn to set up tools, assist on calls, maintain sites, and represent the company positively while pursuing a long-term career in the trades.

Qualifications

• No plumbing experience required; we will train you.
• Strong interest in building a long-term plumbing career.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Florida driver’s license (insurance requirement).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Clean, professional appearance.
• Basic hand tools are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential service calls and repairs.
• Set up, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and job sites.
• Keep work vehicles and customer homes clean and orderly.
• Learn professional customer service and represent the company positively.
• Arrive on time, ready to work, and eager to learn every day.
