ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing, a top-rated full-service plumbing company serving San Diego County, seeks an experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and earning what they’re worth.

You will troubleshoot and repair fixtures, perform drain cleaning and hydro-jetting, work across water, gas, and irrigation piping, service pumps and water heaters, and provide service to residential and commercial customers across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service plumbing experience.
• Valid state plumbing license.
• Willing to rotate on-call schedule.
• Customer-first attitude and clean safety record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures—faucets, toilets, valves, heaters, and more.
• Drain cleaning and hydro-jetting.
• Work across water, irrigation, and gas piping systems.
• Servicing pump systems including recirculation and sump pumps.
• Diagnosing and repairing water heaters (tank and tankless).
• Deliver professional, no-nonsense service to residential and commercial customers.

We're a full-service residential and commercial plumbing company operating 24/7 across San Diego County, and we're looking for an experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to earn what they're worth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures — faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, and more
• Drain cleaning and hydro-jetting
• Working across water, irrigation, and gas piping systems (PVC, copper, black iron, and galvanized)
• Servicing pump systems, including recirculation, booster, and duplex/triplex sump pump configurations
• Diagnosing and repairing water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Delivering the same professional, no-nonsense service to residential and commercial customers alike

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Plumber
• Hands-on experience with the systems above
• A valid license/ability to safely operate a company service truck, with driveway or garage parking at home (no street parking)
• Availability for a rotating on-call schedule — typically one night per week, with at least two techs sharing coverage each night, so you're never on your own
• A customer-first attitude — the kind that earns 5-star reviews
