What you will do:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose existing plumbing issues in residential homes, with the ability to sell solutions.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs with a focus on promoting upgraded products and services.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes with the capability to recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot/resolving problems, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customers, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• Document plumbing work performed and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.

What you need:

• Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• At least 1 year of experience in residential plumbing service & repair.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable.
• Physical dexterity.
