Job Duties

• Perform minor to complex plumbing service work on residential or light commercial plumbing systems
• Able to identify the source of the problem through a whole house plumbing evaluation
• Ensure the job is completed correctly and reduce callbacks after completion
• Explain services performed to the client upon completion and ensure client satisfaction before leaving
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving
• Keep vehicles clean inside and outside
• Wear shoe coverings in clients’ homes and keep work areas neat
• Work primarily during day shifts, typically 8am - 4pm
