About the Role

The Plumber should have a Journeyman's license and will perform all aspects of commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, backflow testing, and repair. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing plumbing systems in office buildings and other commercial establishments. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Salary ranges from $38 to $52 per hour.

• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required.
• Provide direction and support to subcontractors performing repairs.
• Interface with building managers and customer representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders.
• Place and remove systems, hardware, and equipment as required.
• Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory for timely work completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

License: State License as Journeyman in Plumbing. WSSC certification is a big plus. Backflow Certification is required. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Experience & Physical Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience in a service role.
• Able to lift up to sixty (60) pounds.
• Capable of ascending ladders up to thirty (30) feet.
