Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a full-time plumbing technician with at least 2 years of experience. JOB SUMMARY:
Ben Franklin Plumbing in Mt Airy is looking for a full-time plumbing technician to join our team. Minimum 2 years experience required. A service plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems. This is a great career opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent mechanical aptitude. This full-time position offers opportunities for advancement. WHAT WE DO:
All residential plumbing, including water heaters, water conditioning, drain clearing, piping, pumps, diagnosis, and more. We do it right. If you’re not interested in residential plumbing, this may not be the right fit for you. Customer service is about caring for each person, offering options for their home and family to give them the power of choice.
HOW WE DO IT:
By hiring proactive individuals who want more. We can train if needed, but ideally you have working knowledge of residential plumbing, including water heaters, water conditioning, pumps, drains, piping, repairs, troubleshooting, etc. You should be comfortable dealing with customers, presenting options, collecting payments, and managing all aspects of the job. Good communication skills and a people-oriented approach are essential. Not afraid of hearing “NO,” especially when it comes to advancing your career and income.
DAY IN THE LIFE:
Expect to start early, arrive on time at customer homes, provide top-tier service, receive real-time coaching, have parts delivered, record notes, collect payments, and spend your day efficiently. End your day satisfied with a job well done.
