JOB SUMMARY:
Ben Franklin Plumbing in Mt Airy is looking for a full-time plumbing technician to join our team. Minimum 2 years experience required. A service plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems. This is a great career opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent mechanical aptitude. This full-time position offers opportunities for advancement. All residential plumbing, including water heaters, water conditioning, drain clearing, piping, pumps, diagnosis, and more. We do it right. HOW WE DO IT:
By hiring proactive individuals who want more. We can train if needed, but ideally you have working knowledge of residential plumbing, including water heaters, water conditioning, pumps, drains, piping, repairs, troubleshooting, etc. You should be comfortable dealing with customers, presenting options, collecting payments, and managing all aspects of the job. Good communication skills and a people-oriented approach are essential. Not afraid of hearing “NO,” especially when it comes to advancing your career and income.
