Bayonet Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a Service Plumbing Area Manager to lead the plumbing services within a designated territory. You will manage a team of plumbers, ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high standards, while serving as the key client contact and providing hands-on technical support.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide hands‑on technical expertise, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
