The role focuses on customer support, parts orders and warranty coordination, assisting technicians and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment and service excellence. The ideal candidate brings experience in sales or customer service, proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while building rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn our products and components.
• Maintain phone and e-mail support for customers.
• Take service parts orders and provide quotes to customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty requests from the field for both parts and labor.
• Process labor warranty authorizations and provide them to customers.
• Coordinate with internal Service Parts Department regarding warranty part requests.
• Manage backorders.
• Process purchase orders for customers.
• Review field service reports to determine eligibility for warranty claims.
• Coordinate shipments and returns of service parts.
• Resolve customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Learn about our products and components
• Maintain phone and e-mail support for customers
• Take service parts orders and provide quotes to customers
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty requests from the field for both parts and labor
• Processing of labor warranty authorizations and providing them to customers
• Coordinating with internal Service Parts Department regarding warranty part requests
• Manage backorders
• Process purchase orders for customers
• Review of field service reports to determine eligibility for warranty claims
• Coordinate shipments and returns of service parts
• Resolve customer inquiries

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe experience
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer service abilities
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong desire to learn and be open to a multi faceted position
