FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Heavy-Duty Service Parts Sales Representative to source and order heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, assist customers and technicians, and manage inventory at our Kane location.

The role offers a stable Monday–Friday day shift and the opportunity for career growth. You bring 2+ years of heavy-duty parts experience, strong knowledge of parts, and solid computer and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Heavy-Duty parts experience from a truck dealership or truck repair facility.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Strong computer skills.
• Inventory control experience.
• Dependable, motivated, and safety-minded.
• Willingness to load/unload parts that may weigh 60+ lbs.
• Team player willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and ordering heavy-duty truck and trailer parts.
• Assisting customers and technicians with parts needs.
• Processing returns and warranty claims.
• Performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Using computer systems to research and order parts.
• Helping keep the location organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
• Pitching in with other duties around the location when needed.

As a Service Parts Sales Representative, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers and technicians moving. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and ordering heavy-duty truck and trailer parts.
• Assisting customers and technicians with parts needs.
• Processing returns and warranty claims.
• Performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Using computer systems to research and order parts.
