Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2–3+ years in supply chain, materials planning, logistics, procurement, warehouse operations, or service-parts management.
• Experience with SAP MM is required; SAP WM preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data tracking tools.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service-parts planning and fulfillment to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as primary customer liaison with timely order status, material availability, shipments, shortages, and delivery performance.
• Manage SAP transactions and Stock Transport Orders (STOs) ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and documentation.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Planning teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Monitor performance and drive KPI-based improvements and documentation.
