Slate is seeking a Service Parts Buyer/Coordinator to own procurement and fulfillment for ~800 service parts across FN Truck and FN SUV programs. You will source from the production supply base, manage MOQs, and coordinate packaging and logistics for multi-channel distribution, including Warsaw.

Preferred background includes OEM aftermarket or service parts experience; strong negotiation and ERP/MRP proficiency are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in automotive or manufacturing.
• OEM service parts, aftermarket procurement, or dealer/repair network supply experience – strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of service packaging, MOQ management, and direct-ship logistics models.
• Strong negotiation skills; experience managing suppliers within a production supply base.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar); service parts systems experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own procurement of ~800 service parts sourced from FN Truck and FN SUV production supply base.
• Define packaging specs and manage logistics across all fulfillment channels; coordinate subassembly builds at Warsaw facility.
• Maintain accurate service parts data: lead times, sourcing status, and inventory levels; collaborate with engineering/quality to meet specs.
