Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaison between the service and sales departments.
  • Handle outbound customer calls.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
  • Establish personal goals aligned with dealership standards and devise strategies to meet them.
  • Learn to overcome objections.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions.
  • Make daily follow-up calls to resolve customer service concerns.
  • Work closely with the service drive team to ensure efficiency.
  • Engage with customers waiting in the lounge.
