Job summary

Quest Global in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects at the Charlotte repair facility and provide timely customer status updates.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, strong SAP knowledge (OPP, PD2) and proficiency with MS Office. On-site work with a focus on on-time delivery of parts, logistics coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 or more years of work experience in the relevant field and manufacturing industry.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service experience is needed
• In-depth knowledge in SAP(OPP, PD2), Sales & Distribution, Engineering, Procurement, MRP, finance, etc.
• Proficient inMS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communication skills
• Strong networking and collaboration skills
• Customer First attitude
• Solidproduct knowledge
• Resolution and time focused
• High team spirit

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects within the Charlotte repair facility
• Responsible for providing customer status updates, in both written and verbal formats.
• Create Extra Work Requests, present to customers and execute change orders once approved.
• Coordination of information and logistics between a variety of internal and external organizations.
• Manage performance metrics including facilitation of lessons learned at conclusion of each project.
• Liaise with our Service partners, order managers, buyers, planners, andengineeringto ensure on-time delivery of spare parts and repairs
• Coordinate issue resolutions with Warehouse & Supply for on-time delivery of parts

What You will Do:

You will work in a dynamic fast passedmanufacturingenvironment working on various technical projects.The day will start off attending a Gemba meeting to understand project status and obstacles for the day.Then can go from leading a customer visit to managing a shipment to a customer site.

Pay Range:

($65k to $75k/annum).

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your owntransportationarrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floorenvironment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
