Job summary

Mercer Advisors in Woodland Hills/Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support the Client Service department with administrative and transactional tasks, including paperwork, money movements, and account maintenance.

The role is non-client facing, with a clear path to Associate II/III, and requires 2–4 years in financial services, and strong MS Office and Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

• Two to Four years of job related experience
• Financial services industry required
• Office environment with customer service experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute money movement requests including wires, ACH transfers, and journal entries.
• Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue and escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM and custodial platforms.
