Job Overview

Force Pressure Control is seeking safety-oriented field personnel with experience operating equipment such as frac valves, accumulators, greasing systems, and torque units. Experience with pressure control manifolds and monitoring surface pressure operations is preferred. The role involves adjusting to wellsite conditions, troubleshooting, and optimizing equipment performance.

Candidates should have relevant experience in frac operations, including rig-up and rig-down procedures. Additional well completion operations experience is a plus.

Location & Compensation

Local candidates (Permian) are preferred, but out-of-area candidates will also be considered. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with hourly pay ranging from $25 to $32, based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, health and medical benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan.
