Overview

Force Pressure Control is seeking professional, safety-oriented field personnel who have full cycle experience operating surface pressure control and separation equipment (e.g. pressure control manifolds, multi-phase separators, sand management equipment, line heaters, flare systems, and other surface flowback equipment). Adjusting to wellsite conditions and troubleshooting equipment to optimize performance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate surface pressure control and separation equipment (including pressure control manifolds, multi-phase separators, sand management equipment, line heaters, flare systems, and other surface flowback equipment).
• Adjust to wellsite conditions and troubleshoot equipment to optimize performance.
• Submit regularly scheduled site condition reports.
• Demonstrate competency in well testing and production operations, as well as pre-operations rig up and post-operations rig down.
• Competency in other well completions operations is valued.
• Local or Permian-area candidates preferred; out-of-area candidates will be considered.
• Work is full-time and non-exempt; compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a benefits package (paid time off, paid holidays, health/medical/ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship).
