Job summary

Force Pressure Control is seeking safety-oriented production personnel to work at its Marion, TX facility. The role involves a broad range of operational duties tied to competency and placement, including equipment receiving, inspection, assembly, repair, washing, painting, lubrication, testing, and general facility upkeep.

Prior experience with flowback and surface pressure control equipment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect equipment.
• Assemble and mobilize equipment for field use.
• Repair and maintain equipment as needed.
• Wash equipment and prep for service.
• Paint surfaces as required.
• Lubricate moving parts and fittings.
• Test equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain tidiness and organization of the facility.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Force Pressure Control is seeking safety-oriented production personnel to work one of its facilities in Marion, TX.

Production personnel will be tasked with a wide range of operational duties based on competency and placement.

• equipment receiving and inspection
• equipment assembly and mobilization preparation
• equipment repair and maintenance
• washing
• painting
• lubricating
• testing
• general facility organization and maintenance
• etc.

Working background with flowback and surface pressure control equipment is preferred, but not a requirement.

The Production Technician position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
