General Summary
Under general supervision, deliver exceptional customer service by supporting the Service Department through assisting customers on the phone and in person before, during, and after service/repair processes.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming service calls promptly and friendly, displaying appropriate tone and empathy.
- Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers as needed.
- Answer basic service questions, schedule appointments, and route calls. Provide written messages to the responsible party timely.
- Complete reminder calls for scheduled customers.
- Contact customers for appointment scheduling once special ordered parts arrive.
- Contact customers with Repair Requests to schedule appointments.
- File repair orders and supporting documentation daily.
- Audit sublet invoices for processing and resolution per CarMax Guidelines, ensuring compliance with loaner logs and dealer tags.
Job Specifications
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Execute Retail Service Standardized Work and Voice of Customer (VoC) processes.
- Maintain or exceed CarMax customer satisfaction guidelines.
- Read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately.
- Have intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge.
