Department: PrePress
To maintain the procedures and controls of quality for Diversified Global Graphics Group. The prepress service associate (PPS) will ensure the integrity of proofs, proofreading, output of plates and processor maintenance. The PPS associates in the Pre-press Services department controls the quality output of the Pre-press Department. He/she is the last person in the department to see our product before plates go out to manufacturing or proofs are supplied to the client. The quality controls they provide well reduce press down time, ensure client satisfaction and reduce remake costs.
Provide world service to our clients and DG3 from initial request to the delivery of printed products. Ensure that all quality procedures are followed, and all logging and tracking processes are maintained. Responsible for the integrity of Monarchinput on jobs and time sheets. Escalate any job discrepancies to the supervisor of the department.

The job is primarily performed in an office environment. Some work may be done in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment that may be noisy, hot, and humid. The environment can be stressful at time with deadline pressure to complete multiple priorities.
