PepsiCo Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload pallets, pick cases, and operate a forklift after training. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and physical ability to lift 15–50 lbs, stand/walk long periods, and work in a fast-paced plant environment.

Expected start times around 5AM with flexibility; end time is 1:30 PM or until work is complete. This on-site position offers hands-on training and opportunities to contribute to the supply chain that serves

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
  • Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodations.
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
  • Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
  • Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts in the plant.
  • Willing to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload pallets and cases to and from trailers.
  • Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
  • Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
  • Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
  • Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.

Quick Look
  • Pay: $26.11 per hour
  • Location:RENO, NV
  • Work Days:Sunday + Friday Mandatory + 1 other day TBD upon hire
  • Start Time: 5AM (can be flexible)
  • End Time: 1:30 PM or until work is complete
Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do
  • Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers

  • Maintain general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
