Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a warehouse team member to support the distribution of Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos in our facility. You will load and unload pallets, select cases for orders, and operate equipment after training, with safety and sanitation emphasized.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extreme temperatures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodations.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch.
  • Able to repeatedly lift/carry/push/pull products.
  • Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
  • Willing to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.
  • Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
  • Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
  • Safely operate a forklift after training and obtain certification
  • Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
  • Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • You are 18 years of age or older

What You’ll Do
