Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee a busy service division across NYC, handling pricing, workflow, field operations and invoicing from intake to completion.

You will lead a small team, manage multiple active jobs and ensure delivery is efficient, profitable and to a high standard. Experience in glazing or construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service operations or field service teams in construction or glazing industries.
• Proven ability to estimate pricing, create proposals and manage pricing workflows.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with clear communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing, estimates and proposals for service work.
• Manage incoming service requests and operational workflows.
• Oversee scheduling priorities, technician deployment and field coordination.
• Track jobs through internal systems from intake to invoicing and closeout.
• Maintain project documentation and client communication.
• Supervise technicians and monitor field performance and quality.
• Coordinate invoicing and ensure projects are closed out efficiently.
• Monitor operational performance, response times and KPIs.
• Support ongoing commercial accounts and maintain client relationships.
