Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks a Service Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead end-to-end service improvements using Lean Six Sigma. You will drive process standardization, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

In this hybrid role near Richmond, VA, you will partner with Service, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to execute strategic initiatives and deliver measurable financial and operational results.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and SAP process optimization.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for analytics and reporting.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and compliance.
• Proven ability to improve end-to-end service processes from planning to invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes service operations strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drives Lean Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Leads value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis.
• Oversees end-to-end service operations from request to closeout, with KPIs.
• Optimizes SAP and Salesforce processes for workflow efficiency and visibility.
• Partners with Service, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Support teams to deploy ABB's quality strategy.
