Job summary

G.E. Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor in New Jersey to lead the service support department, coordinate daily operations, and provide technical support across HVAC-R, Plumbing, and Environmental services.

The role focuses on optimizing customer interactions, team performance, and safe, efficient project execution. The successful candidate will manage work orders, mentor staff, resolve escalations, and collaborate with sales, operations, and vendors to drive growth and service

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED with 5 years of related customer service and service coordination experience.
Experience leading teams, de-escalating situations, and communicating clearly with customers and technicians.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, mentor, and support service department personnel to promote high levels of service, safety, and performance.
Receive and prioritize work requests, inquiries, and escalated issues; assign tasks and coordinate daily activity.
Monitor performance, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and identify training needs.
Handle escalated customer issues, investigate concerns, coordinate responses, and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with other trades, sales, product development, operations, and vendors for seamless service execution.
Develop service metrics, reports, and process improvements to enhance customer experience.
