Job summary

Peach State Truck Centers in Norcross, GA is seeking a Service Department Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality customer service, and drive growth and profitability. Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' experience in related field.
• Must display excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Requires previous supervisory experience.
• CDL preferred.
• Must have positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and controls the Service Department activities to meet growth and profit objectives.
• Establishes annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and expense budgets.
• Coordinates warranty claims processing with Warranty Manager.
• Promotes safe work habits and ensures safety rules are followed.
• Travels with outside sales force to customer locations as needed.
