AutoNation is seeking a Service Operations Administrator to support daily service department operations. The role focuses on maintaining Repair Orders (ROs) accuracy across CDK and Tools, aligning with internal policies and industry standards.

You will review yesterday's ROs for completeness, assist with scheduling and dispatching for service and fleet teams, handle inquiries, and provide essential administrative support to the Service Leadership team while contributing to efficient departmental

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in automotive service operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with CDK and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Open CDK Repair Orders to mirror Tools Repair Orders in real time, ensuring accuracy across platforms.
• Review and audit completed Repair Orders from the previous day for completeness and compliance.
• Validate that all documentation—parts, labor, and service details—are recorded in CDK and Tools ROs at closing.
• Ensure adherence to AutoNation policies, warranty requirements, and industry standards for service documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Leadership team and assist with duties as needed.
• Support service and fleet teams in scheduling, dispatching, and other operational activities.
• Handle incoming phone calls professionally and assist with inquiries.
• Assist the Operations Manager with additional projects and tasks.
