Job summary

AutoNation seeks a Service Advisor to bridge customers and service technicians, delivering a seamless service experience. You will explain technician recommendations in clear terms and identify upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and customers satisfied.

In this role, you will set appointments, aim for sales goals and CSI targets, greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and produce repair orders with transparent estimates.

Along with your communication skills and automotive knowledge, you’ll utilize leading-edge technology to uncover selling opportunities that keep drivers safe in their vehicles..Position OverviewWorking in our state of the art service departments, the Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers. In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane.
