Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service shop management
• 5+ years of industrial mechanic experience, heavy equipment or heavy trucks
• Able to travel for field service and training
• Proficient in MS Office and shop reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise truck mechanics and technicians; oversee shop operations and turnaround of fleet assets
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and ensure safe, efficient work environment
• Coordinate service work with outside providers and chassis dealers
• Prepare customer quotations and resolve disputes related to charge backs
• Create schedules, track PM intervals, and manage repair cost within budget
