Budget Rent a Car of Atlanta is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Service Manager Trainee at the Atlanta Airport location. This role offers exposure to automotive operations and fleet management, with opportunities to learn and advance within the rental-car industry.

The ideal candidate will have automotive knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset. Willingness to train, work varied shifts, and obtain/maintain a valid license is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive makes and models.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and accept training and direction.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Dependable, self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Must work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 21 years old.
• Physically capable of duties including lifting up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rental vehicles for cleanliness, damage and condition.
• Identify makes, models and basic automotive features.
• Coordinate vehicle movement and availability.
• Assist with vehicle preparation and service needs.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers and management.
• Maintain records and complete required paperwork.
• Perform basic math related to vehicle and rental operations.
• Maintain safe, organized and efficient work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address needs professionally.
• Learn company procedures, policies and fleet-management operations.
