Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to join our team at Tysons View Apartments in Falls Church, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations. This includes leading the maintenance department, ensuring satisfaction, coordinating team schedules, and maintaining the physical condition of the property to the highest standards.
This position is currently eligible for quarterly nondiscretionary bonuses up to 10% of their salary, annually.
