Electra Link, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our commercial low-voltage and structured cabling service operations in Texas. This hands-on leadership role oversees scheduling, customer relationships, service delivery, and recurring service growth.

The ideal candidate balances customer responsiveness, technician productivity, and financial performance while maintaining Electra Link's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

5+ years in commercial low-voltage/structured cabling or related operations.
3+ years supervisory or management experience.
Experience scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating multiple field technicians.
Experience managing customer relationships, service delivery, and escalations.
Proficiency with MS Office and service-management systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
Manage technician scheduling, dispatch, workload, and planning.
Monitor service revenue, gross margin, and profitability metrics.
Develop recurring service opportunities and maintain backlog.
Coach, mentor, and develop service technicians and staff.
