You will assist in managing shift operations and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, creating smooth customer flow and consistent service. You will lead training initiatives, promote safe food handling, and uphold labor law compliance while supporting a high-energy, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Familiarity with responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations.
