This role involves hiring, training and developing service personnel, managing warranties and contracts, and guiding daily operations to maximize productivity and safety. Commitment to OSHA standards and strong leadership will support our reputation across central Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in an auto repair facility.
• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and financial projections.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Experience with company management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts department goals and works to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors staff performance.
• Keeps required reporting systems current for leadership and manufacturer.
• Manages warranty, receivables and service contracts monitoring.
• Monitors department performance with reports and surveys.
• Develops staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Maintains service area cleanliness and organization per policies.
• Oversees repair order documentation and time/cost estimates.
• Coordinates scheduling to maximize productivity.
