Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a Service Manager II to oversee the daily performance of the service teams at The Brook, Brooklyn. You will uphold brand standards and drive exceptional guest experiences across front-of-house operations.

You will train servers, set performance goals, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with FOH leaders to optimize labor while maintaining service excellence. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years restaurant management experience in casual or upscale dining.
• 1+ years restaurant lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure servers deliver a consistent, welcoming guest experience.
• Train and coach servers for performance excellence.
• Set clear goals for the server team and monitor performance.
• Partner with FOH leadership to maximize productivity and manage labor costs.
• Assist with FOH inventory and communicate needs proactively.
