Job summary

Thales Group in Tubize, Belgium, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the management of defence and security services, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet SLAs while driving efficiency and outcomes.

The role requires engineering or business masters, experience in project management methods, ITIL services, and knowledge of Defence & Security contexts.

Qualifications

• Civil or industrial engineer, Master degree (Business School) or equivalent.
• Broad experience in internal and external projects/programs management in a high-tech environment.
• Experience in Defence & Security projects is an asset
• Experience in project management methods (IPMA, PRINCE II, PMI) and ITIL services.
• Languages: French, Dutch (professional use for at least one language) and English required.
• Experience in contract management; CRM and with subcontractors; international company is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of defence and security services with high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and partners to meet SLAs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand needs and drive satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve service performance metrics and address issues proactively.
• Coordinate with sales, technical support and project management to align service delivery.
• Implement and oversee incident, problem and service request management processes.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on performance and opportunities.
