Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team in Tualatin, OR. You will hire, manage performance, and foster a safe work environment while ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving service and sales goals.

Hands-on guidance includes supporting field staff, visiting customers, and coordinating the pickup and delivery of products. This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred bachelor’s degree or

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience in industrial sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing Service team, including hiring and performance management.
• Provide leadership to maintain a safe working environment and resolve customer-related issues.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and drive goodwill at customer sites.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals while managing a budget and operational issues.
• Offer hands-on support to direct reports by accompanying service representatives or visiting customers as needed.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations and assist with pickups and deliveries; lift and move products as required.
• Perform general managerial duties to ensure world-class service and customer satisfaction.

Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
