Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager – Fire Protection Advanced Services in Morrisville, NC to directly manage our customer facing Fire Protection Advanced Services team.

Responsibilities include hiring and performance management, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring high levels of safety and customer satisfaction while meeting budgeting and payroll goals. The role involves hands-on support and occasional travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in Fire Protection Alarm, Sprinkler or Pre-Engineered system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Fire Protection Advanced Services team, including hiring and performance management.
• Lead the team to achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals.
• Provide leadership to ensure a safe working environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Hands-on support with technicians and service calls as needed.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager – Fire Protection Advanced Services to directly manage our customer facing Fire Protection Advanced Services team, which consists of alarm, monitoring, and/or sprinkler suppression systems. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective skilled technicians; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service technicians, to assist in the pick‑up and delivery of products or assisting on service test and inspection or repair calls; driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
