Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team in Carmel, IN. You will hire, manage performance, and provide leadership to ensure safety and high customer satisfaction.

You will train the team on effective sales techniques and oversee goodwill activities at customer sites. You will drive sales, profitability, inventory and payroll goals, manage a budget, and handle operational issues affecting service, with hands-on support for direct reports as

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service is a plus.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer is made/accepted.

Job Description

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
