Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Service Manager – Fire Protection Advanced Services to lead our customer-facing team handling alarm, monitoring, and sprinkler systems. You will hire, coach and guide technicians, drive safety, resolve customer issues, and ensure reliable service.

This role involves achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals, managing a budget, and providing hands-on support on service tests, inspections, and repairs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in Fire Protection Alarm, Sprinkler or Pre-Engineered system is preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Fire Protection Advanced Services team and performance.
• Lead customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals while managing a budget.
• Hands-on support of service technicians on site visits, tests, inspections, or repairs.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries and assist on service calls as needed.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager – Fire Protection Advanced Services to directly manage our customer facing Fire Protection Advanced Services team, which consists of alarm, monitoring, and/or sprinkler suppression systems. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective skilled technicians; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service technicians, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or assisting on service test and inspection or repair calls; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
