Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead the customer-facing Service team, including hiring, performance management, and driving excellent customer satisfaction. The role covers leadership, budgeting, and hands-on support at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing Service team.
• Hire and manage staff; drive team performance.
• Provide leadership and foster a safe working environment; resolve customer issues.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and goodwill with customers.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals and manage the budget.
• Provide hands-on support with service reps and customer visits.

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick‑up and delivery of products or services; driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Preferred

• Experience in industrial sales or customer service
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
