Empower Rental Group is hiring a Service Manager at the Foley, Alabama branch. This role directs the Yard, Shop, and Machine Technicians, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and rental preparation across locations, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will manage field service runs, handle quotes, and maintain customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and efficient service workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in managing a team.
• Experience performing major repairs on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fuel, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Must have own basic tools.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Yard, Shop, and Machinery Technicians for maintenance and rental prep.
• Schedule field service runs and repair work; track parts and shop workflow.
• Assist rental counter and Operations Manager as needed.
• Quote service repairs for internal and external customers; close work orders within 72 hours of completion.
• Maintain safe shop environment and enforce safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and field service personnel.
