The ideal candidate has 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety, and a passion for training and developing teams.

• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures.
