Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Manager to act as Division Manager for the Branch Service Department, focusing on roofing repairs and maintenance for commercial buildings. You will connect with new and existing clients, grow the roofing service line, and lead a service team across the branch.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in Commercial Roofing, Service dept required.
• Strong, positive management, delegation, planning and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business.
• Experience using MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the Roofing Service business within the branch.
• Manage and lead the Service Team within the branch.
• Build relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Communicate Flynn Service opportunities to clients.
• Follow up on quotes and manage field dispatch.
• Schedule, align and supervise field crews.
• Dispatch calls with all necessary job information.
• Ensure Service inventory is appropriate.
• Monitor safety, training and site standards.
• Attend industry events and client meetings as needed.
• Promote Flynn’s brand and services via marketing channels.
