Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Commercial Roofing SERVICE Superintendent in Minneapolis. You will supervise service crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering high-quality roof repairs and coatings services.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial roofing (coatings, TPO, PVC, EPDM) and 2+ years in supervisory roles. A valid driver's license is required. Competitive salary and bonus program offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial Roofing, preferably in a Service Department.
• Knowledge of coatings, TPO, PVC, EPDM roofing systems.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily service crews on commercial roofing projects.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians and foremen.
• Ensure crews meet productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee roof repairs, leaks, and small re-roof/coatings projects.
• Provide clear project status updates and documentation.
